Shop Policies

Shipping: Orders weighing 15 oz or less will ship via USPS First Class mail. All others will ship USPS Priority which offers 1-3 day shipping. But the amount of days a package will actually take to get to you depends on where you live in relation to our location in California and our processing time. Tracking information will be emailed.

Turnaround time: We strive for a 24-48 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment but during busy times, such as the holiday season, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend (including most Friday orders) will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday.

No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of these products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you’re not happy with your product, contact us, we want to make this right for you!

Damaged/ Missing/ Wrong Items: You have 10 days from the purchase date to notify us with any issues. At this point, you will have the option of making an exchange for the damaged/incorrect product or receiving store credit. Please contact us at havanasoapco@gmail.com and we will try our best to make things right! Please make sure to include your order number and supporting documents, i.e pictures of damages or wrong items including pictures of packaging. If order is damaged by carrier during shipping, please take pictures and file a claim with the carrier.
